Sarah is an experienced Pilates trainer and provides training in both Mat-based (max 12) and Equipment-based (max 4) Pilate's. She focuses on providing individual care & attention.
Joseph Pilate's invented 34 Classical Mat-based movements which incorporate a series of floor exercises that strengthen and tone the body by using the individual’s body weight as resistance, working also on improving all functions of the muscles and joints (i.e. flexibility and mobility)
Joseph also invented a series of equipment to be used in specially designed Studio's around the world. The equipment is very adaptable, perfectly adjustable over and over again to suit everybody's needs.
